You can shop without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to track your orders, review past purchases, save your address and payment details so you can shop even quicker next time, and get early access to exclusive sale offers and events.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery via Aramex takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping across the UAE is completely free.

At the moment, Kunst LLC operates exclusively as a UAE-based store and accepts orders only with delivery addresses within the United Arab Emirates through our standard website checkout. We do not support international shipments at this time.

We do our best to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on the website are accurate. However, due to lighting used in studio photoshoots and individual device display settings, slight color variations are expected.

We’re truly sorry if this happens. Please contact us at help@wearkunstae.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item received. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. Kunst LLC will cover all return shipping costs for verified damaged or incorrect items.

We offer secure online checkout via Apple Pay, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), and Debit Card.

Order cancellation requests may be submitted within 5 business days of order confirmation, subject to the current processing stage of your order. Please contact us at help@wearkunstae.com immediately for assistance.

Kunst LLC reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as items being unexpectedly out of stock, clear pricing errors, or if the transaction is flagged/declined by your financial institution. If we cancel an order, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.

Yes. All direct payment gateways utilized by our store adhere to the strict standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) to ensure the secure handling of credit card information.

Shipping & Delivery

Total delivery time is between 2 to 12 business days (1 to 10 business days for order processing and preparation, followed by 1 to 2 business days for courier transit within the UAE).

Standard shipping across the United Arab Emirates is 100% free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. It is applied automatically at checkout.

No, we currently only ship to physical addresses within the United Arab Emirates.

For all orders within the United Arab Emirates, standard local taxes are included, and no additional import duties apply.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Aramex tracking data. You can track your shipment by logging into your customer dashboard or directly on Aramex’s official website using your tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

Yes. Customers may request a return up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please email help@wearkunstae.com with your order number.

At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. You are welcome to return your eligible item for a refund within our 14-day window and place a brand-new order online at your convenience.

If your return meets our eligibility criteria, you will receive a full refund of the product purchase price.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return courier costs.
  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after inspection.
  • Change-of-Mind Returns: The customer handles and pays for the return shipping back to our facility.
  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Kunst LLC covers 100% of the return courier fees.

Customized, made-to-measure, or final sale/clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
