Tracking Your Order

Once your package is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

Address Corrections & Damaged Items

  • Incorrect Address: If you notice a mistake in your address, please email us immediately at help@wearkunstae.com. We cannot change the delivery route once the package has left our facility.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
