At Kunst LLC, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently within the United Arab Emirates. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UAE cannot be processed or fulfilled.

2. Shipping Costs

  • UAE Orders: Free shipping on all orders.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 10 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date of order confirmation.

  • Note: Processing times may reach the full 10 days during new collection launches or peak seasons.

4. Courier Service We use Aramex as our trusted delivery partner within the UAE. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your shipment directly through Aramex.

5. Transit & Total Expected Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: Delivered within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday) after dispatch.

  • Total Delivery Time: Processing Time (1–10 business days) + Transit Time (1–2 business days) = 2 to 12 business days total.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during holidays or peak periods.

6. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you can track it via:

  • Your account dashboard on our website.

  • Directly on Aramex’s website using your tracking number.
