1. Return Window Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. The return period begins on the date the package is marked as delivered by the courier service.

4. Returns for Change of Mind (Customer Remorse) We accept returns for a change of mind within the 14-day return window, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions listed above. The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns.
5. Exchanges At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you wish to make a change, you may return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged during delivery, defective due to a manufacturing issue, or incorrect (different from what was ordered), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
